    Problem restoring medion PC

     
    I attempted to restore the factory settings on my Medion PC, but when I get to the point in the process just after choosing my language, an error message flashes up saying that the neccacary files arent present on my PC. Now I read in the manual that you have to have all the files in the directory E:\Recover, and I checked this and everything is present. So how come I'm getting this error message? can anyone help?
