Having problems with running games with TeamSpeak, can't speak while running

I have a Dell, Vista Home Premium with USB connected Plantronics headset with the microphone on the left earphone.

Now my problem is whenever I get into the games Battlefield1942 and Planetside my TeamSpeak2 settings reset to Wave and its default sound settings whenever I get into the game.

When I completely leave the game as in not going to desktop while running, it goes back to normal what I customizedly set it...

I can tell y'all this that this has NEVER happened on my Alienware XP. I know it has to be Vista or something referenced but I don't know.

I tryed messing with my settings in vain when I realized I was on desktop with the game running heh, but really I don't know TechIMO community members, how to resolve it myself or what is going on.

It works fine not playing a game. I can mess with it anyway I want doesn't do stuff on its own like it had the A.I the Master Chief has in Halo. Forgotten name.

I have McAfee running with Firewall, all the settings on normal, nothing extreme, my McAfee firewall is on standard but it shouldn't be the problem... I have an ATI graphics card. So thats it?
