I just put in a new mother board with onboard video and im getting no signal at startup. The computer starts up and the fans are going but just no signal. I tried clearing the CMOS and nothing still. any ideas?

O ya i also tried reseating the ram and unplugging the cd-roms and still nothing.

And there is no 4 pin power connector on the board

it could be that the motherboard is shorting somewhere.

Take the mobo out of the case and test it then, where there is no contact with a metal backplate.

Maybe a stupid question, but did ya put the jumper for clearing cmos back in it's original position??

Did you completely take it off the power cable before moving the jumper for clearing cmos??
