i just installed a new power supply and a new graphic card today.
it worked fine during the afternoon to just few mins ago.
Once i restarted the PC. the power suddenly went dead.
i replugged it...opened up the case to see if any connectors had become loose. I did everything i possibly i could think of.
IT JUST WONT START!!!!
can some one help me ASAP.....
and plz dont tell me its fried....T_T |

Does it not get power or does it just not start meaning does anything power on fans, lights ect?

What part don't you get? That guide is pretty self explanatory, and when I said don't worry about the switch I mean the one they use in the guide just use a wire or something. You jump the power supply and the fans on it should spin. If you've got a voltmeter it would be handy to test the output but if not at least you can see if the power supply is working.
I'd say throw your old on in butt I doubt it would power the new card and you don't want to fry another power supply. |
