Hey!
I need help! Each time I am trying to burn Cd's with my cd writer or another cd burner program I am getting the message the cd is not blank or full!! What's wrong and what should I do?

Right click the CD drive in My Computer and make sure the option to record is checked.
In the picture you will see what I'm talking about. My Windows has a different GUI (Graphics User Interface) just ignore that. Meaning the color.
Oh, If you are just burning data to a CD Windows can do this without any burning program, can't for DVDs. I think Vista can burn DVDs though. If your burning DRMed content then you will probably need to use that software like Real player.

Another thing to look at is if the IMAPI CD burning service is on.
Go to the Control panel; Find Administrator Tools and double click services. Scroll down to to the IMAPI CD burning service and double click it. Make sure it's on automatic or at least manual. If it isn't started you will need to start it to change the setting.
