Wink Editing the HOST file worked!

    Hi Cujo,

Just tried everything I could find on the internet to fix my youtube access issue.
This has been happening since I have been overseas and have had access to youtube blocked by local ISP's and even when I got back to Australia I was unable to access youtube.
The only thing that worked was deleting the millions of entries in C:/Windows/system32/drivers/etc/HOST.file

    Your a champion, thanks.

It seems to have added every singe IP that youtube has been on and blocked them with
    # block wga

I didnt de-activate the entries just deleted them all and it all seems sweet now.

    Thanks again

Had the same problem and tried also everything .
The one I finally succeeded with was the suggestion from CujoRbd.
Ping youtube .Go to hosts file and edit this file .
I actually deleted "youtube" out of it , saved file and presto , problem gone.
    Thanks a lot.
