    Computer turning on and off.

My new custom computer, which I've had for about 2 weeks, was working fine until yesterday when I went to turn it on. It turned on for about 2 seconds and then shut off immediately, and after a few more seconds, turned on again. It continued to do that until I held down the power button for 5 seconds. I have a strong feeling it's the power supply because the LED on my foxconn mobo is on when the machine is off. I've turned off the PSU and unplugged it for an hour or so and I've tried again but it's still the same.
