monitor won't turn on HELP PLEASE
ok I reformatted my computer recently and things went smoothly, but for some reason my monitor will not turn on
the orange light is on, so it's on 'standby' mode, but the screen will not turn on
I hooked up my laptop to the monitor to see if it worked and the monitor worked fine
please help me with this problem!!

See if you can boot into safe mode and install the drivers for your video card.
