HELP!!! What do you think may be wrong??

For the Past month I have been troubleshooting a problem I have been having with my computer.

My computer freezes after a few minutes of use. This is without fail.

Things I have tried

1. changing out the RAM
2. Changing out the Video Card
3. Changing out the Sound Card
4. Changing out the ethernet card.
5. Reformatting my hard drives to zeros.
6. Changing Keyboard and my mouse
7. Adding new thermal compound between my CPU and heatsin

The Power supply is new

The only thing I can imagine would be left would be the CPU or motherboard. I try and reinstall windows XP and it freezes every time around half way through.

WHAT IS GOING ON????? any help would be Great!

being new doesn't mean its good or reliable...
Tell us the brand, model, and +12V rating from the sticker on the power supply...
try unhooking all but the video card , processor (and heatsink obviously), and 1 stick of memory, only plug in the keyboard.... see if it boots correctly then...
If it does, keep adding components singly until it doesn't..
If it still doesn't, take it out of the case, and assemble it the same way, (barebones) on a non-conductive surface...cardboard works well
