HP Pavilion a510n will not turn on

Hello I have a HP Pavilion a510n. I use Windows XP SP2 and my computer will not turn on. I have tried unplugging the cord that inside the PC that connects to the power board. But the power went out and went back on but I was at school and my computer was off.

This problem happened before but it was when I was moving my computer from one side of the room to another and unplugging the cord inside the computer and replugging it in worked but now it won't. There is a green LED light in the back of my computer and it blinks.

I have the same issue with my HP Pavilion a510n and was hoping to see a reply to your issue. I've eliminated the power source as the problem, since the fan and lights still come on. The monitor does not turn, nor does the keyboard lights flash. No I/O tells me that it must be the motherboard. I've been looking for the right motherboard model, but HP makes it tough.
