Advice pls:new notebook, Blue Screen error!

hi

i bot new dell xps m1330 notebook 2wks bacl

just now was using internet on dial-up and all of a sudden a blue screen shows up on full screen and restarts the notebook

when windows statrs up, vista

it gives me this stuff

seriously though first thing is i would bring it back if your under warranty. OR you can reinstall with the restore disc it came with orr windows XP

Looks like Vista crapped on you though, wouldnt be worth tring to fix that

Install any software recently?

Go into safe mode and uninstall it.

Run anti-virus software? If Mccaffrey, it may be in-compilable with Vista.

May be the bloatware?? http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/PC_.../pcdecrap.html


Can you boot normaly at all?

What have you done so far to try and fix the issue?
