Via 4 in 1 Dirvers (no sound)

I have a board here. Specs are : AsusTeK Model: A8V-VMSE
Chipset--Via IDO336 Rev 00
Southbridge- Via VT8237A
Bios - American Megatrend.
There is no sound in this computer. Device manager has yellew exclamatin mark by "other devices/ PCI Device.
There are two PCI slots and both are emtpy. This board has integraged sound. I first installed ME, then the upgrade to XP Home . Since then, conflict in device manager. Says no sound device is detected. Wondering if the 4 in 1 Via driver will help this and if so, could you post the link and tell me which ones I need? Thank you

The driver should help, I thought had that issue a while back.
