compatibility question

hey everyone, im new here and i was wondering if someone could let me know if this motherboard would be compatible with this processor, i know a decent amount about computers, and me and my friend are building one and we ran into the problem that we are not sure if the processor is to fast for the mother board, so if you all could let me know if they will work nicely together it would help out a lot... and actually i am pretty much positive that all the rest of the stuff is compatible but i will put it up just to have a double check

ok thank you for copying and pasting, i have built a few computers before in my life i am not a retard, i was asking if the processor is to fast for the mother board, not if it is a compatible type of card, yes the cpu and motherboard fit together, that does not mean that the cpu is not too fast for the motherboard to run it
