Does anyone know how to access the RAID configuration on a Sunfire v20z server?

Most RAID configurations prompt you early on during a bootup to hit a key(s) to enter the setup.

I've got two of these servers and neither one will recognize the hard drives when trying to load linux. They show up in the raid configuration, but when I try to load software, they're not there. I just get the infamous 'cable failure' prompt when they try to boot off a non-existent network. Has anyone got any ideas?
