    Missing cookies...

Ok, this is probably something very simple which i should know already but....

Customer calls, she is having troubles logging onto sites etc. So I say "lets check to see if cookies are enabled". So we go to the IE "tools, internet options, security, custom level" settings page...I tell her to scroll down some and see if cookies are enabled or disabled. Turns out..she HAS NO COOKIES settings AT ALL. She has a cookies folder on the c: drive with stuff in it but no cookies settings. I had her click on "default level" but it didnt change much. I had her reboot. I looked in the "advanced" tab under internet options but didnt see anything about cookies.

    IE6 I think.

Any ideas about where the cookies settings went? Im sure its something simple.

    Think found the solution

    Tools/Internet Options
    Privacy Tab
then check the Overide Automatic Cookie Handling.
    Select which option you want.

Here is a pic for ya.

personally.. I would say it's NOT IE6.. therefore no cookie handling...
