The newest version of EASEUS Partition Manager 2.0 can support Vista. Its home edition is free...

FREE Resize/Move FAT32, NTFS Partitions in Windows 2000, XP, 2003 Server, Vista. Enlarge or Reduce Partition - EASEUS Partition Manager Manual
