WELCOME TO TECHIMO..!

At first glance this (IMHO) would appear to be a communication issue with between the GPU (Graphics Processor Unit - a.k.a. Graphics card) and the monitor. This could be due to a faulty GPU, which might not be seated properly, or maybe a damaged cable.

Does the power light do anything at all when you boot, or does it just stay blinking - which (I'm guessing) is the "power save mode" indicator.

I'd check that the cable is fully inserted into the connectors (at both ends) and if it still causes a problem, then I'd try removing the GPU from the MoBo and re-seating it.

Hmmm... always try the monitor on a diff computer to see if that works first. If so then remove a stick of ram and try put them in different banks. If nothing then disconnect everything but your graphics card and hard drive it might be the power supply
