imagemixer loading problems

I am unable to open or download my photos onto the pixela programme for view and editing since I downloaded XP3. It will not start up and shuts the windows off. Should I remove all the imagemixer and reinstall. Thanks for any help.

Hi Coolsax Narnies here to say thanks so for the help. I am enjoying the reading too and learning lots on this amazing feedback site. You sure are cool and thanks again again and again. I think part of the problem was when I used my new software Advance windows Care prov2 Awesome tool BUT forgot to check what I was getting rid of in the registry. I followed my steps back and restored everything Works (she says hopefully) Peace to you coolsax xx Narnies
