Windows no disk error

What the hell does this mean? It now comes up on Marcia's machine after Windows loads; hit "continue" and everything seems okay, but I don't like it.

I'm sure that's the answer. Marcia's machine had a disk in the floppy drive all the time, which didn't matter because the floppy was out of the boot sequence. I took the disk out to run a memory check, and didn't put it back in afterwards, so it was looking for it and didn't find it.

Feh.
