delete
how can i delete file
some file not delete,it shows error-----------cannot delete used by another username

Log off all users or restart the PC and log on one user - you.
If you still can't delete it, the file is in use. You have to determine what is using it.
You need to supply more detail. What is the name of the file? Is the PC infected?
