dell inspiron 6400 HELP!!!!!!!

ok so i just reformatted a dell inspirion 6400 laptop but now i cant get on the internet or use the bluetooth
i went to the dell website and downloaded some drivers for it but still nothing
anyone know what im doing wrong????

Downloading alone doesn't install Dell drivers. You have to open the downloads. They are then usually unpacked to C:\Dell\Drivers. You sometimes have to run the driver installations from those folders.

Look in Device Manager. Make sure that all drivers are installed properly.

You then have to run the Internet Connection wizard too.

thanks ill check the device manager now, i actually did install the drivers though, ill run the net connecttion wizard now
