the netcard canīt be installed with the disk that came with the motherboard, the PC always freezes and stops, rebooting and reinstalling the OS and drivers do not help at all

I could use some answers how to fix this ,,, about a week ago

Check for bad caps:

You could always disable the onboard LAN and install a $10 Realtek card.
