PLEASE HELP ISASS.EXE AND RECOVERING

Hey ok
so my computer has been being booty lately
and everytime i try to load up windows it stops at the login screen with a isass.exe error saying something about when trying to change a password
it restarts too fast to read it

NOW i tried to recover the whole computer but when i get to the recover thing
it says STOP C0000218 something bout a security file is missing absent of corrupted
and sometimes it says SAM file
ok so i tried to use the recovery console but it tells me to do an administrator password
BUT there was no password on it
last month i used recovery console for something else and there was no password
now there is? i have no idea what it is

i have a compaq presario s6220wm i think thats what it is
it didnt come with no recovery disc or windows xp disc
i have windows xp home edition
i never had any problem recovering before!!
now im confused and i want my computer back i have to use this bootleg laptop lol please help! thanks!
