PCI conflict on motherboard

hello everyone, i have an Acer aspire 5630 with vista ultimate and i started having beeps and error information when i start p (just after the Phoenix load screen) and the message goes........

ERROR:
resource conflict - PCI on motherboard bus: 06, device: 04, function 01
ERROR:
resource conflict - PCI on motherboard bus: 06, device: 04, function 02
ERROR:
resource conflict - PCI on motherboard bus: 06, device: 04, function 03

Press F1 to boot or F2 to settings etc etc.

If i press F1, after start up, the the PCI or SD (card reader) devices will not show in device manager. also, my ethernet port does not work (the yellow and orange lights keep showing without blinking)
