Internet Explorer has stopped working

Just updated Yahoo tool bar then explorer hung up. message: A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
When I tried to resart a message. _CLS-SessionAgent is preventing your computer from restarting
BGFORM
I agreed to stop these programs and it shutdown. After restart, explorere still will not run

You are probably contaminated with viruses or spyware. Try using this:

You must start the PC from that CD and scan for bugs.

When done and you're in Windows again, be sure to get all Windows Updates and service packs and that you are running both antivirus and antispyware.

Thanks to all. I tried system restore and it worked! I will also keep the virus and anti-spyware up to date.
I don't know if it was the yahoo toolbar or the cheap webcam I just installed that 'killed' explorer but I took the webcam back and bought a Logitech.
I am new to any forums (and webcams). Hope this thanks gets to the right people.

All - What do you mean by system restore? As you can see my post few minutes ago. Now, I having an issue with the IE. Whenever I open up the IE, I am getting the error pop-up msg. Anyone has any ideas ? Many thanks.
