Hi,

I already tried with widows diskmanagement in all possible steps. After that i tried with SEAGATE DiskWizard. I also send an e-mail to seagate tech support. Till now 3rd mail and they told to do Zero-erase with SeaTool-DOS on primary drive................not tried yet.

I will try and let u know.......hope the best
