Enable my vga
someone dissabled the VGA on the board now i get no picture how do i turn it back on

Remove the motherboard battery for a few seconds.

If no joy, press F8 repeatedly while starting and select VGA mode. Re-enable the video in Device Manager.

I suspect that you have bigger problems.
