| Wireless card stops vista from booting up?
I have a D-Link airplus xtreme G DWL-G520 wireless card that,when plugged into my pci slot It make vista freeze at the loading screen with the green bar.Can anyone explain this?

Download updated drivers for this card from D-Link.

Press F8 while starting and select Safe Mode. Find the card in Device Manager and uninstall it. Boot up normally and install the updated drivers. |

I don't think the driver is still installed,but I'll give it a try. |

Well,that worked,untill I rebooted then it got stuck at the loading screen again  .... |

You could also try turning off auto-detect new hardware. |
