is there any way to test satellite signal strength with a multimeter

I can't find any information about using a multimeter to measure the signal strength. There are signal strength meters you can get for around $30.

Satellite signal strength? You mean the strength of a signal from a satellite? I really doubt it.

Welcome to TechIMO. You can't do it with a multimeter, your're going to need a Satellite Signal Level Meter. If you have a Satellite Receiver there should be something within the configuration to test the actual signal level.
