I have a form that I have saved as a template. It is our employee review form, which can grow to bout 40 pages when completed. I need to get a line of information to carry over to each page that is not included in the header/footer which are locked. We need the user of the form to be able to enter the name on the page and have it appear at the top or bottom of each page as the form field expand. Is there a way to do this without placing it in the header/footer and make it accessibkle in the template form where only form fields are available for editing? I have tried everything in my limited knowldege and am quite frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
