problem with playstation3

I was playing game on my ps3, and when I saved the game, its stopped work.
I turned off my ps3, than switched on again, but after that it could not play any disc (game or DVD). When I put any disc in to the drive, it does't show on the screen, that disc is inside.
I tried many times, but still no result.
