mobo burning!?

I was taking pictures of my pc for my friend when i noticed these marks. Could the be scorch marks from burning or overheating. even though Ive never heard of such a thing this computer has given me so much headache i wont be surprised if they are scorch marks.

First take off the heatsink and take a picture of the cpu and post it here.Also it could be dust in the heatsink burning?

It doesn't look like burn marks to me. Just dust.
However, is that heatsink how upon the touch? As in you can't hold your finger on it for long?

no it is not really hot. just a little bit warm so yea i don't know what it is. its just this computer is acting horrible and i'm looking for any reason as to why. thanks anyway.

That is a rather interesting problem.
I don't suppose you have a different motherboard, do you? Or have a different PC to test the videocard with?
