Need Help - Everything Is Sideways on Monitor

Well, I just got a call saying my brother's monitor was working fine and he was playing a game and it flashed black, then a rainbow of colors, then everything went sideways and none of his keys worked. He rebooted, and now everything works, but it is all still sideways. Any help or ideas?

If you look in Display Properties you'll probably find an option to Rotate it back.
