When I turn it on it goes to a black screen that statesWindows did not start successfully a recent hardware or software change might have caused this. Ive tried to boot it in safe mode, Ive tried all the maual starts. I can't get into it to delete anything. I don't wanna wipe out the comp. and lose everything of personal value either. Id like to get into the hard drive and plug it into another computer to save some files but cant find a place to plug. When Windows tries to startup after it gives me an option as to what kind of safe mode to choose or not choose, it goes to startup then I get a blue screen that tells me something could be installed incorrectly. but the screen doesnt stay up long enough to read it before it does the process again.
