Speed problem....
I'm not sure if this is the program's fault or the steering wheel's. So maybe I could get a diagnosis..? Basically, we reinstalled the thing (MM2) after wiping our computer, and there's this stupid problem with it. Whenever we start driving, the max we can go with ANY car is around 35-40 mph. Which obviously is WAY too slow to win any race 1st, 2nd or 3rd. And it's temporarily fixed if we go down a hill, but then if someone runs into us or we crash, it's restricted all over again. I'm trying to unlock my favorite car so I can simply do cruises, and it's ANNOYING the crap out of me! If it's the steering wheel attachment I'm using to control the car, I get it and we'll have to find a new one. But I really want to know what's going on..........help please?

I'm about 3 miles from work, but I don't get to live over a booze emporium. :( Those places look decent, Surreal.
