Hi, I'm having some real problems with my Dell Lap top its only a few years old can someone please help or any suggestions?
When i turn it on a black screen appears with the message, the battery cannot be idenified etc press any key to start....i do this and it does but my computer seems to have slowed down considerable too.
Also certain keys do not work at the top of the keyboard like five, six, delete, insert, some F keys, plus and equals.....any ideas?
I did run a diagnostic test, these were some of the error codes
: 2c000:021c
: 2c00:031B
: 0Foo:137B
If anyone can me that would be fabulous....
