Don't buy an inkjet. Buy a monochrome laser. I bought a Brother Wireless Laser and love it. |

I second that, buy a monochrome laser I dont have wireless ones, but I picked up a decent HP Laserjet 4 (beast of a machine) at a yard sale for like $20 and I can refill my own toner, so its great. Yes thats an older and much larger laser printer than most have, but its a darn good deal.
I also picked up a Knonica Minolta 1350 (or something similar) monochrome laser printer for the family a couple christmas' ago, it cost me like $50 or something new from the store

Thank you very much, u understood perfectly what I was talkin about (even if Im not a good englishspeaker ). I was not talking of the initial price, but the one in the longterm...After I read it in my cel phone (u can see why in the other forum in which I wrote askin 4 solutions) I started lookin here (in my country) if I could get that, and perfect: examples like an hp4 at 100 dolars (a hp5 is just 50!!! but is not that good) or a brother hl 2040 at 60 are more than enough for the domestic use that my friend needs. So thank u, really! |
