| Outlook add-in won't remove.
I installed an outlook add-in to get a job done, but now I don't need it anymore.
I uninstalled the outlook add-in via CP, but I get this annoying registry error message everytime i start it up teling me the software add-in has been removed. But when I try and remove the actual entry of this software in outlook, I get this:
How can I fix this?

The reg entry probably isn't there any more since you unistalled the software so theres nothing to change
You could try re-installing it - uncheck it in Outlook and then unistall...

How about in Outlook safe mode? Start - run - type Outlook /safe and hit OK.

Since you're on Vista, why not do the 'run as administrator' option for Outlook and remove it. You may need to right click the actual .exe file in the \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\ folder to get the option. It seems like a rights issue to me. Vista can be picky about lower admin rights vs full admin rights. |
