I have a Compaq Evo N1015V laptop. The problem started about a week ago. When I would turn on my laptop I would get a fuzzy line across the screen. It would go away after a split second and there were no other problems. Then yesterday everything went wrong. When I turned on my laptop the screen was black and then it started to fade to white until the whole screen was bright white. Anything that I could see on the screen was severely delayed. I plugged it into an external monitor and the output was perfect. I don't believe this is a software problem because it also happens in the BIOS. My graphics card is an ATI Mobility. Do I need to get a new screen or is something else wrong? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
