textsetup.oem could not be found

my sony windows xp wont boot, I am trying to use Recovery Console and need to load the driver for raid 0 I have the driver file on a floppy and press f6 to load the driver and end up with the message "the file txtsetup.oem could not be found" what is txtsetup.oem and where do I find it.

it'll be on the cd the came with the mobo if you have it. there'll be some sort off make disk utility.

which motherboard do you have?
