Sony notebook battery
my VGN-C140G notebook suddenly can't find the battery. "No Battery found" message when checking the battery status. Sony tech support instructed me to download a battery-check utility but it doesn't run. the notebook is 1+ years old and never showed any battery degradation. It just suddenly "disappeared". Any help will be appreciated.
