I had a Nokia 6086 cell phone. It would allow me to get on to the "Hot Spot." Then it would not. I was given an upgrade by T-Mobile and that upgrade would not allow me to stay on the Hot Spot. Because it also would not allow the use of the speaker feature, although it also would not allow me to get on the Hot Spot, it is being replaced, I hope with a higher upgrade. T-Mobile has had such a large number of similar complaints, that it has created a Ticket # 101 77 98. That will not be resolved until Dec. 31st. Can you move it forward?
