    Importing video from Sony Handycam HDR SR11/SR12 to Windows Movie Maker

     
    I am running Windows Movie Maker in Vista Home Premium. I want to get the videos off my Sony Hard Drive HDR camcorder. WMM does not recognize the filetype (MTS). I am using the USB Connect in the camcorder.
    How can I get these video clips into WMM so I can edit them & make a movie to burn to DVD?

    hdr to wmm

    i am also having this problem, and am getting quite frustrated. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
