Last X-mas I got a Zen Vision W 30gb PVP it was great intill I sat on it.I was heart broken. Called Creative tech support, they told me fixing the LCD wasn't a good option because it was a product discontinued . Pushing me towards a newer player. I don't follow orders well,so I start surfing for replacement lcd and found out 4.3 isn't common for MP3 but many other devices use that size. A google took me to OverStock Dealz $170 for a $300 player(refurb) I didn't care still a great deal. How lucky can a guy get these player are hard to find. So last week the player arrived missing some cords and software (this happens with refurb devices) after connecting it to my computer I found out they sent me the wrong player. They sent me the 60gb Zen a $500 player, the dealz just got better. So let make a long story short.looking for any one with exp. in replacing TFT LCD. The player still works using the component out so I don't want to crack it open intill I know what I'm getting into
