Is there any beeps? If so, how many and are they long or short?
Is there any kind of LED's or anything that gives you any kind of post codes?
Have you tried with just one stick or RAM? |

Also. You may have to go into the bios and manually set voltage and timings for the ram. I was pretty much having the same problem on a new build i just put together. Run through the suggestions from karmakiller first.

I tried one stick, and tried each slot. Some of the slots beep three times(which i assume is a memory error?). I am not sure if the computer will even let me go into bios. |

from OP link from newegg
"Cons: It didn't POST at first. I had to take the battery out for a minute or two and clear CMOS to make it go. Otherwise it's rock solid"
clear the CMOS and use one stick of ram [experiment one at a time ]
until Post |
