i have bought officejet T65 all-in-one printer in second hand,i am not provided with installation CD.so i downloaded it from HP.com.i couldn't install the pgm but could see the install page.and if i check with a document loaded on the printer,it shows "couldn't connect to PC".could anyone help me to overcome this issue,as i am trying to make it up almost for a month.And need to know how to uninstall this pgm if installed.Thank you for providing this option to contact tech experts.
