Shaky page
When changing pages or displays the new one shakes up-down for a moment, 1 second. How to fix it.

Sounds like you need to install some graphics drivers.

Oh, I did. ;-) I also quit smoking 5 years 3 mos ago. I quit swilling coffee like a madman as well. That was a huge deal. PS: thanks Steve & Surreal. Nice to see some old regulars still here....
