What's the best way to burn an ISO file to a DVD?

The Official ImgBurn Website
Freeware
If you want to burn the ISO image as a disc image, just go to Write mode and import your ISO file.
If you want to actually burn the ISO as a file onto a DVD, go to Build mode and import your ISO file.
