I need help making sure I get the right printer driver to use my dell a940 on my computer. I worked (the printer) on my roomates laptop, so I know it's not the printer. Twice I have downloaded what I thought were the right driver and firmware from dell, but, when I try to install them, it unzips and installs the files (it says), but, the firmware says there are no a940 drivers installed on my computer. I have done this process more than once and still get the same results. I am listing my comp. spec's below, can you please tell me what the CORRECT driver etc.. is and how to install them? My install wizard cannot find them either even when I specify where they are. I have nothing else plugged in usb. What is my problem? Thank you.
