    Outlook 2007

     
    I currently have a user who is experiencing an issue with a delegated mailbox. She has been able to rename folders inside the .pst before, but now it lets her edit them, then after closing/reopening outlook or an unspecific length of time the folder goes back to the original name. Any ideas? I'm looking on the internet for solutions too, but this is an important person, so any help is appreciated.

    do they have any addins/plugins installed?
    they dont have the pst stored in a location that MS file protection maybe interfering is it?
